Job Title: Graphic Designer

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific Time.

As a talented Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating a variety of digital assets. These include email campaigns, affiliate banners, social media ads, and website graphics.

To accelerate the process, we require candidates to complete an assessment upon submitting their application. Only those who complete the assessment will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

  • Create newsletters and marketing materials across multiple channels, including email, affiliate, paid social, and homepage/website channels.
  • Develop graphic sketches, visual concepts, and copy layouts for various digital applications.
  • Determine layout, type styles, and overall design based on brand guidelines, visual principles, and available space.
  • Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all creative assets.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize design assets using performance data and feedback.
  • Continuously iterate and refine campaign creatives based on marketing performance metrics.
  • Support special projects and other graphic design needs as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience creating digital content for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
  • English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
