Our organization seeks a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to deliver exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the stability and security of our network infrastructure by performing regular maintenance tasks.
  • Provide assistance with user setup, password resets, and other directory-related issues.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setups for users and devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, including connectivity problems and device setup.
  • Install, configure, and support Windows Operating Systems on desktops and laptops.
  • Provide support for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Assist with server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Identify and resolve software-related issues on PCs and mobile devices.
  • Provide basic support for Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite.
  • Assist with spam filtering configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network equipment.
  • Troubleshoot cabling, device, and storage technologies.
  • Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities on devices and network connections.
  • Provide support for anti-virus software and assist with remediation efforts.
  • Install and configure laptops and other mobile devices.
  • Provide basic understanding and support for Mac OS, Linux, and mobile OS.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure server and network stability.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Create and update detailed instructions, diagrams, and documentation.
  • Answer phones, create and assign tickets for incoming support requests.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1+ years of technical support experience.
  • Independent work style with ability to manage priority of support requests.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
  • Technical certifications (CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred).
