Financial Operations Specialist

This role supports daily finance operations and involves the migration of the ERP platform.
The accounts officer position requires maintaining up-to-date invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Proficient experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central is required in this accounts role.
- A strong understanding of core accounting processes including invoicing, credit notes, bank reconciliations, and payments is necessary.
- Intermediate accounting knowledge and autonomy are expected from the ideal candidate.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required for effective collaboration.
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations is essential.
- Collaboration with a third-party outsourcing partner managing finance functions is also involved.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central in an accounts role is a must.
- A strong understanding of core accounting processes is vital.
- Intermediate accounting knowledge and autonomy are crucial.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external customers are required.
- Exposure to Xero or other accounting platforms can be beneficial.
