Marketing Lead

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and be able to adapt to diverse brand identities and customer bases.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position that requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Brand Voice & Messaging: Develop and implement a consistent brand voice and messaging strategy across all marketing channels.
  2. Campaign Execution: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  3. Reservation Management: Maintain and update reservation platform profiles (OpenTable, Resy, etc.) across brands, monitor reservation data, and generate actionable reports.
  4. CRM Data Management: Support CRM data management and segmentation (HubSpot, Salesforce), and assist with CRM implementation.
  5. Online Reputation Management: Monitor and maintain the company's online reputation on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other relevant platforms.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, reservation systems, CRM platforms, and online reputation management tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Affinity for A.I. tools and their applications in marketing and operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple digital platforms and systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
