Job Opportunity: Graphic Design Leader

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Leader to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our events and brand.

Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, engaging designs for various marketing channels, including print, digital, and on-site materials. This will involve working closely with our internal teams to develop cohesive event design concepts that effectively communicate desired messaging and intent.

You will also be responsible for refining our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will need to ensure that all designs are optimized for use on digital and mobile platforms, including our website, social media, paid media, and email marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing visually appealing and informative designs for events, including print materials, digital assets, and on-site displays
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cohesive event design concepts
  • Refining brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all touchpoints
  • Ensuring designs are optimized for digital and mobile platforms
  • Updating and maintaining our Wix website and Cvent event websites

Requirements:

  • Experience working in graphic design, ideally in-house at an events company
  • Understanding of basic design principles (color wheel, balance, contrast, readability)
  • Experience formatting materials for print (crop marks, bleed)
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of Wix, Cvent Events Platform, and Canva
