Marketing Specialist Role Overview

This strategic and creative marketing role is designed for a professional who can strengthen the brand presence of real estate and construction divisions. You will drive social media growth, analyze market trends, and provide insights that support acquisitions, sales, and client engagement.

Key responsibilities include creating engaging content across social media platforms, developing and executing campaigns, tracking market trends, and generating weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends is essential.

Other requirements include proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite, excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills, and analytical mindsets to assess data and ROI.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute campaigns highlighting real estate projects, construction updates, and company milestones.
  • Track market and competitor trends, providing actionable insights for differentiation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Create marketing materials (flyers, videos, newsletters, brochures, and presentations) ensuring consistent branding across channels.
  • Collaborate with acquisitions, sales, and construction teams to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Work with leadership to align long-term marketing strategies with business growth goals.
  • Partner with external creatives (photographers, videographers, designers) when necessary.
