Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including posting job openings and reviewing candidate applications.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and develop training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Provide expert advice to employees on HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and performance management.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
  • Organize and conduct regular employee performance reviews to assess progress and set goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records in both electronic and paper form.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Superior computer literacy with expertise in email and MS Office software.
