As a strategic HR professional, you will administer compensation and benefit plans to ensure fairness and equity.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing human resource policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Supporting employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
- Conducting employee onboarding and organizing training & development initiatives.
- Administering talent acquisition and recruitment processes to find the best candidates.
- Assisting in employee performance reviews to promote productivity and improvement.
- Maintaining accurate employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer literacy with capability in email and MS Office applications.
