About the Job

This Full-time Accounting Director position is based in Tondo, NCR. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant work experience and be available to work mornings from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing workers by monitoring performance and offering training, as well as guiding the President and Finance and Admin Head on departmental issues and concerns.

Key responsibilities include performing financial audits, preparing and evaluating financial statements, and ensuring compliance with government transactions.

The Accounting Director will also establish financial status by tracking revenue and expenditure, managing financial data, and creating reports.

Additionally, the role involves coordinating finance operations with other department heads and personnel, supervising the preparation of periodic financial reports, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, and at least 5 years of work experience in accounting management or a similar capacity.
