Appointment Setter Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting with inbound leads via phone to understand their needs and assess their interest in private aviation services.

The role involves collecting essential details such as aircraft preferences, travel patterns, and target budget, introducing relevant membership programs when appropriate, and scheduling qualified leads for follow-up consultations with the Inside Sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.

About the Job

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who are interested in private jet charter services. Your primary goal will be to qualify their interest and needs, and then provide them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be working closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure that all leads are properly qualified and scheduled for follow-up consultations.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience in appointment setting, sales development, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong English communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools necessary.
