Your Responsibilities

  • Manage Global Payment Flows:
  • Oversight and optimization of cross-border payment transactions using stablecoins ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and maintain payment processing procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, IT, and finance, to streamline payment processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement robust monitoring and reporting systems to track transaction performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Business Development:
    • Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, payment processors, and regulatory bodies, to expand cross-border payment capabilities.
    • Develop business development strategies to increase market reach and grow cross-border payment services.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the cross-border payments sector.
    • Presentation preparation and delivery to potential partners and clients, showcasing benefits of our cross-border payment solutions.
      • Risk Management:
      • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with cross-border transactions, including currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, and operational risks.
        • Customer Support:
        • Expert support to clients regarding cross-border payment issues, including troubleshooting and resolving disputes.
        • Timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high client satisfaction.
        • Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular transaction updates and addressing concerns.
        • Training sessions for clients on effectively using our cross-border payment platform.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in cross-border payments, international finance, or related field.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and stablecoin is beneficial.
  • Previous business development experience within the financial services industry is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of cross-border payment systems, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, building and maintaining partner relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including payment processing platforms, blockchain technology, and financial analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
