Project Development Lead

ALECs Project Development Leads are responsible for overseeing the execution of complex construction projects. With a focus on precision, speed, and impact, they bring blueprints to life and manage teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • The role requires strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software is essential, including CAD design tools and project management platforms.

This position involves relocation to the UAE and working on-site with ALECs construction teams. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials, with knowledge of industry-standard safety protocols.
