Shopify Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our Shopify storefront by ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and polished. Your attention to detail will be crucial in contributing to the success of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Product Listings: Review and refine product descriptions to enhance clarity and conversion rates across all Shopify listings.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues and maintain efficient supply chains.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer reviews on Shopify to build brand trust and loyalty.
  • Visual Content Updates: Update website banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed to ensure visual appeal and consistency.
  • Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or Shopify-related role.
  • Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
