Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to provide excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent qualification
  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months call center experience or 1 year customer service experience
  • Typing speed of 25 with accuracy of 95
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be willing to learn new skills
