
US Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to join our US team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base in the US.
Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute business strategies, and establish strong relationships with clients and candidates.
You will be responsible for conducting telephone screenings, assessing skills, and shortlisting candidate profiles for review. Additionally, you will coach and lead candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Your qualifications and skills must include at least 2-3 years of recruitment experience from reputable firms or multinational corporations. You should also possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
