Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service assistance to visitors and clients
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to visitors' inquiries and requests
  • Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere at the reception area
  • Manage the front desk and perform basic support tasks
  • Receive visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Respond to all customer inquiries politely and timely
  • Maintain a clean and safe reception area, keeping it tidy at all times

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with high initiative
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
