Job Overview

We seek a Marketing Automation Specialist to lead marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms and driving customer engagement. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns.
  • Manage and enhance workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
  • Ensure smooth integration and data alignment between platforms.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent communications.
  • Maintain database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, new tools, and best practices in marketing automation.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Eloqua (certification is a plus). Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
