Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in handling financial transactions and supporting financial statement preparation.

  • Record all financial transactions in the system and books of accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Reconcile bank and book balances.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements.
  • Process payments to suppliers.
  • Maintain and monitor accounts payable.
  • Track company expenses and analyze budget vs. actual data.
  • File and encode issued receipts and supporting documents.
  • Issue bills to customers as needed.
  • Assist in collecting payments from customers as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance Management or Accounting Technology.
  • Knowledge in general accounting and bookkeeping.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
