Financial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team. This full-time remote position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in accounting, finance, and analytical tasks.
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The role requires fluency in English and experience working with remote teams and agile technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare monthly expenditures reports comparing actual vs. budget, and weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting reports.
- Vendor Management: Build relationships with vendors to ensure proper processes are adhered to, and maintain accurate and complete financial and vendor records.
- Expense Processing: Process and reimburse employee expenses in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Experience with online accounting software is beneficial but not mandatory.
