Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbally and written, with a strong background in customer support or a related field.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
  • Phone support experience
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
