Project Management Opportunity

The role of Project Manager involves overseeing a mix of internal and client-facing projects, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions across multiple domains.

Celons expert project management team collaborates closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers to deliver technical and product-focused projects that meet business priorities and value.

This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions, managing complex project lifecycles from initiation to closure, while ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable progress at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of internal and client-facing projects, from planning through delivery.
  • Lead the delivery of internal product development initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers.
  • Oversee projects involving data pipelines, dashboard/reporting solutions, and IT infrastructure.
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams.
  • Ensure strong documentation, status tracking, and proactive risk and issue management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and project governance standards.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with proven success in delivering technical and/or product-focused projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Prince2 (certification preferred but not essential).
  • Experience managing software development projects, particularly those involving agile or hybrid delivery methods.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-based technology stacks — strong conceptual understanding required.
  • Exposure to projects involving data/ETL workflows, dashboards, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness — able to align project delivery with business priorities and value.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams concurrently.
