Job Title: Administration Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Staff to join our team at HR Team Asia Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 6 months of work experience in administrative processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Physically fit to work.
  • Computer literate.
