Job Title:

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage purchase agreements, contracts, and other documents related to real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with standard regulations by managing purchase agreements, contracts, and transaction files.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to update them on transaction statuses.
  • Review and verify all documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain a system for recording and tracking transactions for future reference.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant.
  • Proficient in Transaction Management Software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Calendar.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Flexible schedule (20-40 hours per week).
