Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for conducting research tasks in a proprietary platform to automate healthcare administration.


Responsibilities
  • Automate data entry into electronic medical records using various platforms as part of research and development efforts.
  • Utilize scripts and available information to complete workflow tasks, including client workflow queues, customer EHRs, knowledge base articles, and assistance from the production operations team.
  • Review and update knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within electronic medical record systems.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is valuable.
