About the Role

As a proactive team member at a Nordic digital mental health company, this role involves developing digital content, supporting product development, and working with businesses to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging digital experiences, including mental wellness courses, exercises, and assessments.
  • Develop high-quality written content, such as interactive learning materials and digital diary prompts.
  • Contribute to refining psychological tests and assessments, including test structure and user interpretation.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create innovative AI-driven products.
  • Stay up-to-date on mental well-being trends and research to improve our offerings.
Business Engagement & Client Success
  • Support new clients during onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with business clients to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.
  • Work closely with the business team to create promotional materials for mental well-being initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to make complex concepts accessible to businesses.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and long-term platform usage.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, or Behavioral Science.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in content creation, e-learning, instructional design, or business communication is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video creation tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of mental well-being or behavioral science.
  • Interest in AI-driven product development and digital mental health solutions.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
