Science Educator Role

We are seeking a skilled Science Educator to join our mobile science education initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive science learning experiences during SpaceCon – a unique mobile science experience that brings space, Earth, and modern STEM topics directly to schools across the country.

About the Position
  • You will work with a dynamic team to facilitate face-to-face science and/or math discussions during SpaceCon events.
  • Operate interactive STEM-based equipment, tools, and digital programs.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to create and implement interdisciplinary learning activities.
  • Contribute to educational content planning, including visual aids and multimedia support.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance teaching and communication skills.
  • Stay updated on STEM trends and topics to ensure content quality and relevance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A graduate degree in any STEM field is required.
  • Licensed Professional Teachers (LPTs) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual is a plus).
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new technologies and STEM tools.
  • Knowledge of Canva or similar design platforms is an advantage.
  • Physically and mentally fit to travel and work in mobile learning environments.
  • Passionate about STEM education and outreach.
