We are seeking a proactive and results-driven specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates through various methods.
  • Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our system.
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles.
  • Previous experience working as a hiring and recruiting specialist in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other tools.
