
Customer Experience Advocate

We seek a highly skilled Proctor to support new hire classes and ensure a positive learning experience.
Main Responsibilities- Classroom Management: Monitor activity, assist trainers with technical concerns, and maintain a smooth class flow.
- Breakout Rooms: Coordinate agent attendance, monitor participation, and facilitate seamless transitions between sessions.
- IT Support: Troubleshoot system issues, submit IT tickets, and provide feedback on class engagement and dynamics.
- Additional Duties: Take phone calls when not in class, participate in trainings for leadership development, and assist with administrative tasks assigned by the trainer.
- Proficiency in personal computer use
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts (45-50 hours per week)
