Key Role in Payroll Solutions

As a Workday Certified Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of clients' payroll solutions.

With years of experience in implementing and configuring Workday, you will be responsible for architecting, configuring, and testing the solution to meet specific client needs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide expertise in Workday Payroll product suite.
  • Lead design and configuration of Workday solution, including gathering and documenting client business requirements.
  • Assist in testing Workday solution and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Work with data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as professional role model.
  • Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions.
  • Current active Workday Payroll Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with software company.
  • Previous experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
