About the Role

This position involves crafting bespoke financial strategies for high-value corporate clients, addressing challenges such as business continuity, succession planning, executive retention, and investment growth.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with business owners, founders, and key executives, providing comprehensive advice on critical financial decisions.
  • Design and execute complex strategies for succession planning, corporate governance, key person insurance, and employee retirement benefits that align with clients' organizational goals.
  • Act as a thought leader, leveraging expertise to manage complex accounts and deliver strategic insights and exceptional service.
  • Develop your client portfolio with strategic autonomy and access to industry-leading certifications, advanced training, and digital tools.
Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in financial advisory, wealth management, or business consulting with a focus on corporate or high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior executives and business owners.
  • Deep expertise in finance, investments, retirement planning, and market analysis; ability to dissect a business's financial structure and identify opportunities for growth and protection.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Certifications such as CWP or CFA are highly regarded.
