Your Role:

As a key team member, you'll address complex customer challenges with creative solutions and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead post-sales activities through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
  • Develop a trusted relationship by providing value throughout the customer partnership.
  • Retain long-term partnerships by independently renewing successful customers.

Skill Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Experience with telecommunication or SaaS providers required.
  • A genuine passion for top-notch account management.
