Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to lead our virtual sales initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our success.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Should have a minimum of 3–5 years' experience in business development, preferably in a BDM or similar role
  • Must possess proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the BPO, SaaS, or IT sectors
  • Must have a track record of success in virtual selling, including delivering compelling sales presentations to C-level and decision-makers
  • Must be skilled at relationship-building and possess confidence, charisma, and drive to hit and exceed targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our virtual staffing solutions and their applications
  • Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and strategic growth initiatives
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding
