Email Marketing and CRM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing & CRM professional to help us revolutionize the way we engage with customers online.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position that will focus on developing and implementing data-driven email marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns and automations to drive revenue and improve customer experience.

  • Design and continuously optimize advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of our email, SMS, and push marketing channels, focusing on key performance metrics such as revenue per recipient, open and click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and total revenue generated.
  2. Develop detailed briefs for the Content team, using data and past performance insights to guide the creation of high-converting email content.
  3. Continuously test and experiment with subject lines, CTAs, visuals, layout, and other campaign elements to maximize performance.
  4. Track, analyze, and report on all key email and CRM metrics, using insights to refine future strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create messages that convert.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms.
