Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our email marketing efforts and drive client retention.

  • This role focuses on designing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to deliver top results.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute email marketing automation strategies targeting large-scale campaigns based on client needs and customer insights.
  2. Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance ensuring error-free launches and continuous improvements.
  3. Collaborate with Graphic Design, Copywriting, and Project Management teams to deliver on-brand, timely, and cost-effective projects.
  4. Track, analyze, and report on email KPIs, campaign outcomes, and competitor activity to drive strategic recommendations.
  5. Lead client communication through regular calls and presentations aligning strategies with business goals.
  6. Manage a small team including coaching, onboarding, and training new hires.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards.
