Job Description:

As a data configuration specialist, you will be responsible for gathering requirements for inbound and outbound data feeds, setting data scrubbing parameters, defining calculations related to the appropriate benefits, and building data validations and reporting into our proprietary data cleaning system.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a systems analyst, data configuration and basic programming skills (Microsoft Azure Data Factory), and strong analyst background experience in the benefits industry. They should also possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, proven ability to balance multiple projects, work with tight deadlines and deliver quality work on time and within budget across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with a global team, take accountability for quality on-time delivery, and communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills. Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues are essential in this role. Additionally, you must be proficient in English, have a continuous improvement mindset, increase task efficiency and suggest process improvements, and maintain strong client relationships, interpersonal and team skills.
