Job Overview

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and emails, providing helpful and professional support to clients.

  • Accurately record client details in our systems.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients through empathy and clear communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • 1–2 years' experience in customer service, call center, or BPO work.
  • A friendly, patient, and professional approach with clients.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
