Job Role:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the position of Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in building trust and loyalty with our customers.

You will be required to respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products and orders, and assist customers with navigating our website and placing orders.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to empathize with customers to build strong relationships. A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is preferred but not essential.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
  • A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
