International Transaction Manager

We are seeking a skilled finance professional with experience in cross-border payments and bank transfers. This role involves overseeing and optimizing international payment operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across diverse banking networks.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your financial expertise and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive smooth financial operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage International Payment Processes: Oversee end-to-end processing of cross-border payments and bank transfers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international banks and payment service providers, facilitating seamless transactions and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices in cross-border payments, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, monitor transaction discrepancies, and generate reports on payment activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows and optimize transaction costs through modern payment technologies and tools.
  • Support internal stakeholders (e.g., accounting, payroll, tech teams) in financial planning, budgeting, and audit processes related to international transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing multi-country payments or similar financial operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of international banking systems, multi-currency payment processing, and financial reconciliation software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments in different regions.
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
