We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Intelligence Leader to lead our data operations and manage our team. This is a senior-level role critical to driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage both data and people with clarity and confidence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional data initiatives, maintaining executive dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy and strategic value of all business intelligence reporting.

We require a highly organized and able to manage competing priorities under pressure professional who can provide clear and confident communication of complex data insights to executive teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Power BI visualization and structured report development skills, be confident in identifying reporting gaps and proposing process improvements, and demonstrate the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

This role will involve working closely with director-level stakeholders and C-suite executives, as well as collaborating regularly with the Sales Operations, Strategic Marketing, and Leads teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for senior executives
  • Deliver real-time data updates and insights that support timely business decisions
  • Design dashboards using Power BI and Excel that align with company KPIs and strategic goals
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable summaries for leadership

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm EST. Work set-up: Remote.
