Account Manager Opportunity

We connect sales talent with high-growth companies to drive revenue growth. Our role is to drive deal conversion and revenue growth for a scaling organisation.

This Account Manager will own the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature, working closely with senior leadership where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature
  • Conducting discovery calls with clients
  • Delivering product demonstrations
  • Creating tailored proposals
  • Negotiating contracts with decision-makers
Measuring Success:
  • 20%+ conversion rate on qualified opportunities with consistent monthly revenue targets
  • Engaging with established business owners who have genuine buying authority
  • Clear progression opportunities within the organisation
Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales closing or account executive roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation, proposal creation, and deal-closing skills
