We're looking for a talented Technical Specialist Support Analyst to help us deliver exceptional technical support to our clients. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance and ensuring that our clients receive timely resolutions to their issues.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to provide complex technical support to our clients
  • Use your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify product improvement opportunities and implement changes to reduce support costs and enhance client satisfaction
  • Engage in on-call rotation to provide support for critical issues

**What We're Looking For**

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Support Analyst
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with supporting complex and bespoke software solutions
  • Experience using ITSM tools and familiarity of ITIL processes
  • Strong understanding of both on-prem technical landscapes and cloud-based technologies; Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and Windows
  • Able to read, follow, and understand programming languages (PowerShell, Python, T-SQL etc.)

**Nice to Have**

  • Programming knowledge
  • Technical qualifications such as Azure certifications and ITIL
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
