Responsibilities:
- Client Workflow & Application Tracking - Ensure timely reminders to clients for required steps, such as completing health questionnaires and scheduling medical exams.
- Lead Intake & CRM Management - Accurately input and update all relevant client data into the CRM.
- Relationship & Communication Management - Maintain client relationships through empathetic, timely, and professional communication.
- Ad Hoc Operational Support - Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies without needing to be asked.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Attention to Detail - You catch the small stuff others miss.
- Strong Language & Proofreading Skills - Clear, professional communication and error-free writing are second nature to you.
- Critical Thinker & Problem Solver - You don't just follow checklists—you improve them.
- Insurance Industry Familiarity - You understand the flow of life insurance processes and can speak the language of applications, underwriting, and approvals.
