The role of an Insurance Operations Assistant is to provide administrative support to the insurance team. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Workflow & Application Tracking - Ensure timely reminders to clients for required steps, such as completing health questionnaires and scheduling medical exams.
  • Lead Intake & CRM Management - Accurately input and update all relevant client data into the CRM.
  • Relationship & Communication Management - Maintain client relationships through empathetic, timely, and professional communication.
  • Ad Hoc Operational Support - Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies without needing to be asked.
