As a Sustainability Consultant at Sedgwick Richardson, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the development of sustainability reports for clients across various industries in Asia.
  2. Supporting technical leadership across our full suite of sustainability services, including peer benchmarking and materiality assessments.
  3. Conducting primary research assignments, such as stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and analysing data to inform strategic recommendations.
  4. Collaborating with Directors and Advisors to develop tailored action plans that meet clients' sustainability visions.

About You
  • Minimum three years of experience leading sustainability report content development to meet leading reporting frameworks and raters' expectations.
  • Proven expertise in analysing environmental, social, and governance data and identifying risks/opportunities.
  • Strong passion for sustainability and ability to translate strategy into action.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
