We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reporting Analyst with Power BI experience to join our organization. As a Power BI Specialist, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, helping us make data-driven decisions.

Job Overview:

You will work closely with the Executive Team and various Team Leaders to design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data veracity, visual excellence, and user satisfaction. This is a full-time position.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  2. Work collaboratively with teams to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
  3. Provide insights and make recommendations based on data analysis.
  4. Conduct lifecycle analysis, including requirements, activities, design, and performance monitoring.
  5. Analyze outcomes using statistical approaches and provide ongoing reports.
  6. Recognize, evaluate, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  7. Collect and understand data requirements from business stakeholders.
  8. Create interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  9. Establish relationships between data sources for efficient data analysis.
  10. Implement data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes.
  11. Integrate Power BI reports with corporate tools and applications.
  12. Resolve performance issues within Power BI reports.
  13. Implement best practices to enhance report loading and rendering times.
  14. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  15. Provide training and support on Power BI usage and best practices.
  16. Monitor data quality and integrity.

Nice to Have Skills:

  1. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into Power BI using Power Query.
  2. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry best practices.
  3. Create documentation for Power BI solutions.
  4. Establish and maintain data governance practices.
  5. Collaborate with database administrators and data engineers to optimize data retrieval and storage.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Specialist in a BPO environment.
  2. Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language.
  3. Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
  4. Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  5. Experience in data modeling and designing scalable data architectures.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  8. Fluent in English.
  9. Good report writing and presenting skills.
  10. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  11. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
