Job Description:

A fast-growing online intimacy and wellness brand seeks a proactive, tech-savvy E-Commerce & Social Media Assistant to support day-to-day digital operations. With over 25K followers on TikTok and a rapidly scaling e-commerce presence, this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic entrepreneur at the forefront of digital retail.

The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce tools (CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms), graphic design, and content creation using Canva. Additionally, they should be familiar with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation.

  • E-Commerce Operations:
  • Upload and manage product inventory using CommentSold
  • Pull and organize inventory from external sources and ensure listings are up to date and accurately maintained
  • Execute email campaigns using pre-written scripts (targeting abandoned cart users, repurchasers, etc.)
  • Manage customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes
  • Graphic Design & Content Creation:
  • Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and email visuals using Canva
  • Align all visuals with brand identity and campaign themes
  • Social Media & Marketplace Management:
  • Post short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok, Facebook, and eBay
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the founder as needed
  • Support with logistics, scheduling, and backend tasks to streamline operations

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience with e-commerce tools (CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms)
  • Familiarity with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role
