Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out market research to stay updated on industry and market trends.
  • Develop strategies for marketing campaigns across online platforms, ensuring products meet customer expectations and build credibility.
  • Analyze campaign success and create reports with actionable insights.
  • Supervise content production and campaign executions to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Collaborate with clients and work with cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
  • Manage productions and lead project teams.
  • Proofread all content to be released per client.
  • Organize timelines for production, campaign executions, photo shoots, and other brand-related activities.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand management within an agency setting.
  • Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries.
  • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple brands and deliver projects on time.
  • Proven track record on content and brand strategy creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Copywriting skills a big plus.
  • Social media savvy and keeps up with trends.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in using productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and a small project team.
  • Ability to influence a team to achieve a common goal in a given timeline.
