Transformative Graphic Designer

We are seeking an exceptional graphic designer to join our team as a Visual Storyteller. This role will involve crafting compelling visual narratives that bring our mission to life.

Your expertise in design and creativity will be crucial in accelerating our impact on the world. As a member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.

You will be responsible for developing cohesive, accessible, and visually engaging materials across channels, applying expert-level typography, layout, and color theory to deliver high-quality results. Your ability to ideate and execute creative concepts will be essential in communicating our brand narrative and supporting campaign goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience and a standout portfolio. A robust body of work demonstrating strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail is essential. Additionally, you should have advanced skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working familiarity with platforms such as Figma, Canva, or After Effects. Strong interpersonal and verbal skills are also required, along with the ability to present ideas, receive feedback, and iterate with a multidisciplinary team. Organized and deadline-driven, you will handle multiple concurrent deliverables without compromising quality or creativity.
