Key Responsibilities:- Develop intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience for our digital application through human-centered design principles.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather insights and improve product design, including user research and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity designs that align with our brand identity and ensure a consistent look and feel across the platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a lead designer in fintech or tech organizations.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- An excellent understanding of human-centered design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with designing for cryptocurrency or financial applications.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices.
