At our cloud-based accounting firm, we are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional bookkeeping services to our interior design clients. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client accounts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide expert bookkeeping services, including data entry and financial analysis
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in accounting
  • Collaborate with senior staff accountants to ensure seamless support for clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
  • QuickBooks Online expertise required, with 2+ years of experience working with QBO
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Prior experience working with US-based companies is essential
