Senior Software Engineer (Delphi)

Location: Manila

Description As a Senior Engineer who is experienced in using Delphi, to join our team. You'll play a key role in the design, development, and optimisation of our software solutions. You'll ensure our platforms are secure, scalable, and high-performing, while guiding best practices across the team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced application and systems support, ensuring stability and reliability.
  • Lead the design and implementation of databases, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Manage configuration, release, and deployment processes across critical applications.
  • Develop and maintain secure, scalable software and automation solutions.
  • Develop robust, scalable, and secure software using modern development and deployment practices.
  • Manage end-to-end release, deployment, and software configuration processes.
  • Design complex software and system components aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive system integration and performance testing.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize system software for performance, availability, and security.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications.
  • Intermediate or above skill level in using Delphi
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Application Support
    • Business and Data Modelling
    • Configuration & Database Management
    • Knowledge & Learning Management
    • Software Design and Development
    • System Architecture, Integration & Testing
    • Release Management & DevOps Principles
  • Proven track record of handling complex projects and tight deadlines with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for technology, continuous improvement, and client-focused delivery.
